What is the typical timeframe for custom software development?
Timeline depends on project scope. Small modules or automation integrations usually take 2 to 4 weeks, while full-scale custom ERPs or IoT telemetry systems typically take 6 to 12 weeks with bi-weekly milestone demos.
Where are your Cloud VPS and hosting servers located?
We deploy nodes in Jakarta (IDC Cyber Building) for low-latency domestic Indonesian access and Singapore (Equinix SG1) for international connectivity. All nodes use NVMe Gen4 storage and 10Gbps redundant uplinks.
Can you integrate new software with our existing legacy systems?
Yes. Our engineers regularly build custom API adapters and middleware to connect new applications with legacy databases, accounting software (Accurate, Zahir, Jurnal), and external web services.
Do you provide post-launch maintenance and technical support?
